(Gibson) Techno pioneer Moby and his Oklahoma psychedelic alternative rocker friend Wayne Coyne (of the Flaming Lips) have filmed a video for the song "Perfect Life" in LA, featuring the lads dressed up as Mexican mariachi band members.

The newly released teaser features Moby, Coyne and an eclectic cast of extras performing an acoustic version of the song as the sun goes down at the end of a beautifully sunny Californian day.

Moby comments on the impromptu teaser; "A few weeks ago Wayne and I spent the day making a video for The Perfect Life. then at the end of the day we broke out an acoustic guitar and gathered all of the extras on a rooftop overlooking L.A and sang an unrehearsed, impromptu version of the song. Please keep in mind we had no idea what we were doing."

The casting call issued a few weeks ago ahead of the video shoot hinted at a diverse range of characters including "S&M gimp rhythmic gymnast," "eight roller-skating ghosts," "12 goth choir members," "2 obese bearded bikers in red speedos," "a punk rock brass brand" and "a drunk king: guy with beard age 35-50." more on this story
