Lykke Li Returning With New Album This Year
. She went on to record a follow-up to Youth Novels, titled Wounded Rhymes, in 2011 which included her most popular song to date, the electro-pop "I Follow Rivers." But don't call her a pop singer. Li opens up in a new interview with NME on her forthcoming release, due out later this year, and explains why she doesn't consider herself a pop artist. "I see my albums as a trilogy, with Youth Novels as the first one and hopefully this one as the last in this chapter," she told NME. She also explained how a breakup has had a major impact on the writing of her forthcoming release.
