(Radio.com) The 2014 edition of the annual Amsterdam Dance Event has been marred by tragedy, with reports that four people have died over the course of this year's five-day EDM festival and conference.

According to de Volkskrant (via Billboard), a 33-year-old Serbian male died on Saturday, Oct. 18, after collapsing outside of an ADE show at Club Lite. A 21-year-old local man died the following day (Oct. 19) in hospital following a related event held at Westergasfabriek the previous night. While police are citing drugs as the likely cause in both deaths, exact causes have yet to be determined.

Club Lite was also where a local 41-year-old woman fell ill and died on Oct. 18, with police reporting that the coroner found her death to be caused by Ecstasy usages.

The fourth person to die during the ADE was 41-year-old music industry executive Felix Hines, the head of publishing at Phoenix Music International (via MusicWeek). His cause of death has yet to be revealed.
