Kesha Denied Dr. Luke Molested Her In Previous Deposition

(Radio.com) A judge ordered Kesha's depositions from a 2010 lawsuit opened on Tuesday (Oct. 21), The Hollywood Reporter says, and it was revealed that the pop star explicitly denied that Dr. Luke ever drugged her or made sexual advances at her.

The previous lawsuit came when Kesha joined DAS, headed by David Sonenberg, for management representation and the company attempted to extract her from her contract with Jive/RCA Records to move her to Warner Bros.

In the deposition, given in 2011, Kesha said that Dr. Luke did not ever give her cocaine or a roofie (the "date rape drug"). She further stated that he "never made sexual advances" to her. She claimed not to remember if she ever told her mother, Pebe, that she woke up in Dr. Luke's hotel room with no memory of the previous night.

In her despostion, Pebe said she had not heard of her daughter being slipped the date rape drug - or of Dr. Luke giving her daughter any drugs in their early days of working together.

These revelations seem to take away from the credibility of Kesha's current claims that Dr. Luke sexually assaulted and drugged her. Her attorney, Mark Geragos, had a quick response to those claims.
