The prolific rapper is guilty of charges of assaulting with a bottle an Army staff sergeant who wanted a picture with him at the Harlem Nights club in Atlanta on March 16 of last year, the Atlanta Journal-Constitutition reports.

As a result, Judge Tom Campbell sentenced Gucci, real name Radric Davis, to three years in prison. The sentencing follows a recent conviction for illegal possession of a firearm, for which he was ordered to spend 39 months in prison (he'll only have to serve 28 more of that ruling).
