The National League of Junior Cotillions has unleashed a list of the 25 Best-Mannered People of the Past 25 Years. Underwood sits at No. 13 on the tally, sandwiched between Tom Hanks (No. 11) and Mother Theresa (No. 13). What makes the honor even bigger is the fact the National League of Junior Cotillions usually does a year-end list, but opted for this massive roster instead. So, who took the No. 1 spot?
