DMX Arrested For Failure To Pay $400,000 In Child Support

(Radio.com) While a hit single from his repertoire might have you believing otherwise, rapper Earl Simmons, otherwise known as DMX, is apparently not "Gon' Give It To Ya," especially if "ya" refers to the mother of his children.

According to The Guardian, X was arrested on July 14 for failure to pay $400,000 in child support. In addition to these child support allegations, the Ruff Ryder will be questioned about recent bail-jumping and robbery accusations in New York and New Jersey.

This isn't X's first brush with the American judicial system. The late '90s rap icon has faced charges and jail time for infractions ranging from drug possession to the mistreatment of pit bulls. Read more here.
