Original Santana Singer Gregg Rolie Joins Carlos Santana On Tour (A Top Story)
. The tour began on Saturday at Arena Monterrey in Monterrey, Mexico and continues tonight in Veracruz, Mexico at the Cumbre Tajin Festival: Parque Takilhsukut. Thursday and Friday will find Carlos and Rolie sharing the stage with their former Santana bandmate Neal Schon when they play co-headline shows with Journey in Guadalajara and Mexico City. Rolie and Schon left Santana to form Journey in 1973. Carlos Santana's website had this to say about these special shows, "We are proud to announce that Gregg Rolie will be joining Carlos and the Band on stage for 4 very special shows in Mexico this month.
