Shania Twain Expands North American Tour Plans
. Twain's new tour dates, following the close of the first leg on Aug. 23, will take place Sept. 12 in Spokane, Wash., at Spokane Arena. The jaunt will also include multiple shows in Twain's native Canada. The final scheduled date at this moment, barring a third leg added, is Oct. 11 at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto, Ontario. As mentioned to Radio.com earlier this year, Twain's tour will be different than what she gave fans during her Las Vegas residency. 'I'm certainly going to change some of the material up," she said. 'There will be some things I wasn't doing in the Still the One show. It still will be the music everyone is familiar with. I want everyone to hear the hits. When I go to a show I want to hear songs that I know. So I won't be introducing any of the new songs from the new music in this concert. 'It really is a rock meets country show. It's going to have a lot of punch and edge. I just feel like I want to go out there with a bang." Gavin DeGraw will open the majority of fall tour dates. Read more including the tour dates here.
