. (punkbands) The drunk driver who hit and killed Suburban Legends trombone player Ryan Dallas Cook has been located in Korea... Parents of a victim in a hit-and-run accident have learned the identity of the suspected driver, but there is a hitch. "After the traffic collision, [The driver Youn Bum] Lee contacted one of the witnesses and drove the vehicle back to the corporation where he met with one of the witnesses and then he left the country through LAX," said Jennifer Hink with the California Highway Patrol.[see full story for more of this story.
