(antiMusic) Ok you know this whole dancing with the stars craze that imploded on p.diddy last week when his lame cooking show got nixed. Fox had some lame take off as well, ice skating or some retarded thing. Rhino Records is not going nearly that extreme as tried to find Hollywood stars that could sing for the new "Unexpected Dreams: Songs from the Stars" CD in stores April 25th .

Stars like Ewan McGregor, Scarlett Johansson, John Stamos (is he a star?) and Teri Hatcher sing songs by Elton John, Billy Joel, Sade, Bob Dylan and Lennon/McCartney etc accompanied by musicians from the Los Angeles Philharmonic. So don't expect a rocker here. However, a portion of the proceeds will benefit "Music Matters," the Los Angeles Philharmonic's music education programs. How big a portion we do not know. Now like all celeb tie-ins these days we could trash this one but we'll be cool and let you make your own judgment unprejudiced by us, click the full story link to listen to the entire CD and if you like it buy it.
