. (Gigwise) A court has determined that Jacko was partially damaged. Oh wait, awarded him damages� Sorry, we'll let Gigwise fill you in: Michael Jackson has been awarded the thin end of a split verdict in his legal battle with former business associate Marc Schaffel.

The Los Angeles Superior Court jury awarded Schaffel $900,000 and Jackson $200,000 after two days of deliberations in the civil trial.
