On Tuesday, Charles Kernaghan, the director the National Labor Committee, a U.S.-based workers rights group, issued a report alleging that the factory subjected workers to body searches, 11- to 12-hour work shifts and mandatory pregnancy tests.
The report alleged that the workers were paid 24 cents for each $50 Sean John sweat shirt they made.
Combs quickly promised to investigate the allegations and the owner of the factory said the allegations were false.
Honduras officials looked into the matter and are now saying that these allegations were overblown.
Labor Minister German Leitzelar led a group of inspectors on a six-hour inspection of the factory on Thursday.
"I think things have been overblown," Leitzelar said following the inspection. "If there are any irregularities, they are not like what was contained in the accusations."
"We visited the place to find out the truth," he said. "On Monday, we'll present a formal report on the situation."
