. (The Blues) A blues record label boss has vowed to clear his name after being indicted in connection with a $5m movie fraud. Randy Chortkoff, owner of Delta Groove Productions, is one of six people named in the US Justice Department action. He faces up to 20 years in prison if found guilty - but he's insisted there's no truth behind the accusations.

The alleged scam revolved around selling interests in a movie which was to star John Cusack, Ray Liotta and Joaquin Phoenix - while no such plans really existed.

FBI Special Agent Timothy Delaney alleges that Chortkoff "was the one in charge of finding the investors and getting their money to invest in the movie."

But Chortkoff says in a Facebook posting ""There is no foundation to these accusations - but I'm sure that it is going to be an uphill battle for quite some time." more on this story
