Zayn Malik Leaves One Direction Tour

. (Radio.com) Zayn Malik might be one of the most recognizable young artists in the world, at least as far as teen girls are concerned, but the famous life apparently isn't for him.

The One Direction member has reportedly withdrawn from his group's current tour, the one that recently pushed him into the spotlight when news broke that the Philippines were considering forcing the band to take a drug test upon entering the country to play a show.

Since Malik and Louis Tomlinson were seen smoking a joint, the burden seemingly would have fallen on them.According to a press statement, "Zayn has been signed off with stress and is flying back to the UK to recuperate. The band wish him well and will continue with their performances in Manila and Jakarta." Read more here.
