Celine Dion Covers Queen's 'The Show Must Go On'
.
(Radio.com) Celine Dion released a reinterpretation of the Queen classic "The Show Must Go On" on Friday (May 20). The song features electric violinist Lindsey Stirling. The rock ballad comes in advance of Dion's performance at the Billboard Music Awards on May 22, when she'll perform it live with Stirling. Dion keeps much of the original song's feel-replete with heady strings-but her vocal power creates an added dramatic layer. Dion has been busy with her Las Vegas residency, and this fall will reach her 1,000th show at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. It's been an emotional year so far for Dion, whose husband passed away on January 14. Read more here. Radio.com is an official news provider for antiMusic.com. |
