TMZ obtained footage ... showing 7'1" Kyrylo Fesenko confronting a group of people outside of Club 23 around 2:45 AM. Sources at the scene tell us ... the whole thing began when one of the clubgoers angrily accused Kyrylo of "bumping into him" ... and then unleashed a flurry of verbal attacks at the NBA star. As Kyrylo tried to walk away from the situation ... the mob grew in numbers and the taunts became louder. That's when Kyrylo's teammate Danny Granger charged towards the clubgoers ... only to be restrained by some of his friends. Multiple bike cops peddled to the scene and diffused the situation ... with Granger and Kyrylo calmly walking away without further incident. FYI -- the Pacers were in town for a playoff game against the Orlando Magic ... and after the incident, a cop jokingly says to the camera guy if he would have known that Pacers were involved in the dust up he would have arrested the guys. Clearly, a Magic fan. A rep for the Pacers tells TMZ ... "Our players were provoked into a verbal confrontation and ended up walking away from the confrontation. To make something more out of this than what it was is ludicrous." See video here.

In his first hour-long special, Chicago-bred, New York-based Buress brings his celebrated deadpan wit to life's absurdities with stories of his three-cop jaywalking bust in Montreal, a bloodless airport shoot-out, and various late nights with questionable women. In front of a live audience at the Gramercy Theatre in New York, Buress re-imagines hardcore rappers as real estate agents, skewers grown men who can't hold their liquor, and, as an enterprising reporter actually wrote, performs "comedic jokes related to personal stories, current events, the streets, and even food." The Hannibal Buress: Animal Furnace extended and uncensored DVD, featuring 20 minutes of material not seen in the broadcast, will be released on May 22 by Comedy Central Home Entertainment. The bonus features include "A Week To Kill," a behind-the-scenes documentary that takes a look at how Buress spent the week before the filming of the comedy special. In addition, Comedy Central Records will release the extended and uncensored Hannibal Buress: Animal Furnace CD on May 22. more on this story

As we first reported, Scott was arrested April 6th after allegedly grabbing his girlfriend by the throat in a drunken fit of rage -- and pulling her out of her car. Police observed several signs of injury on Scott's GF when they responded to the scene -- but she refused to press charges. Scott has continually denied ever harming her. Scott's lawyer adds, "Scott will now turn his attention to the foreclosure action that was brought against him." more on this story
TMZ spoke with former Chargers nose guard Reuben Davis -- who played for the Bolts from '94 to '99. When we asked about the curse, Davis couldn't have been more blunt -- "It's kind of like a Final Destination movie ... I feel we might be cursed and it's scary." The 1994 Chargers had an amazing season -- winning the AFC playing in the Super Bowl ... only to lose to the 49ers. Since the loss, 8 members of the team have died under the age of 45. "Ever since then it has been downhill," Reuben says ... adding, "At the end we didn't win the Super Bowl and now this, it's just scary and I have no answer." But, Reuben thinks the surviving members of the team can break the curse if they stick together ... telling us, "Every year the Chargers have an alumni weekend ... maybe we need to reach out to the remaining players and all agree to get together as a group." "It's just scary." more on this story

Malek had previously claimed KFed caused more than $110k in damage -- and now he wants a judge to force the former rapper to pay up. more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Hill is accused of choking his girlfriend during a nuclear argument back in February. Hill has denied the allegations. After Hill was taken into custody, he immediately posted the $5,000 bond and was immediately released. The judge set no travel restrictions on his bond -- so the case shouldn't affect his playoff run. But the judge did impose a protective order -- barring Hill from contacting or going anywhere near his ex. See the mug shot here.
