Miley Cyrus Home Intruder Claims She's His Wife

The man, who told police his name was Jason Luis Rivera, had jumped the fence of the property and was founding hiding in the bushes when police arrived.

Los Angeles television station KTLA reports that police had the use a Taser gun on the man after they found him in the bushes and he refused to cooperate.

The man reportedly told police, "I am a friend of Miley Cyrus. I am. She's my wife. Me and Miley have been friends for five years." You can read more and watch video of the arrest here.

Puddle of Mudd Singer Claims Police Injured Him During Arrest

As we first reported, a JetBlue flight bound for L.A. made an emergency landing in Austin, TX Tuesday after Scantlin allegedly got in a heated drunken argument with a flight attendant.

But Wes -- who's finally back in L.A. after the JetBlue SNAFU -- tells us, he never got combative with anyone ... and he wasn't drunk either.

Wes says he was totally sober, just trying to order one beer, when a flight attendant copped an attitude with him. The situation spiraled out of control from there.

But Wes insists he's innocent, adding, "If a grown man cannot purchase a beer on a 5-hour flight from Boston to L.A., then I think the airlines are completely, COMPLETELY, losing their minds."

He says, "I was arrested for being sober on an airplane."

Wes then showed us two big bruises on his chest, claiming the arresting officers were responsible for the injuries ... "This is what they did to me."

Wes says cops didn't even test him to see if he was really drunk before arresting him for public intoxication.

Scantlin is due in court in Austin on October 3rd, when he's scheduled to be arraigned. Calls to JetBlue and the Austin PD were not returned. more on this story

Lil Wayne Sues Over Use Of His Song In Lil Wayne Documentary

Lil Wayne has filed a lawsuit against Quincy Jones III, obtained by TMZ, claiming he never gave permission to use his music in the documentary about him -- "The Carter."

Among the songs used, hits like "Lollipop," "Stuntin' Like My Daddy," "Let the Beat Build," "La La," "Mr. Carter," "A Milli," and "Dontgetit." All of the songs were from Lil's multi-platinum album, "Tha Carter III."

Lil Wayne claims Quincy III and the other producers never bothered to ask if they could use his tunes.

It appears Lil Wayne cooperated with the filming of the documentary, because he allowed cameras to follow him around.

As it turns out, Lil Wayne hated the movie and sued over it, claiming it was a "scandalous portrayal" of him.

In the suit, filed by the mega-firm of Lavely & Singer, Lil Wayne asks for unspecified damages and an order prohibiting the producers from using his music. more on this story

John Mayer Dragged Into Ponzi Scheme Lawsuit

Here's some background -- a massive Ponzi scheme in Seattle came crumbling down earlier this year when its mastermind, a crook named Darren Berg, was sentenced to 18 years in prison for bilking investors out of more than $100 million through his investment company.

Now, the trustees charged with recovering the lost money are trying to track down where those millions went -- and are suing everyone they can along the way in order to recover it.

According to new legal docs, one of the people who received dirty funds from Berg's Ponzi scheme is John Mayer -- when a booking agency was allegedly paid by Berg's company.

It's unclear why ... or what the connection is between the booking agency and Berg's investment company ... but the musician is now a target in the desperate money grab.

According to the docs, the booking agency Grabow & Associates -- and Mayer by extension -- are in possession of as much as $465,000 from Berg's Ponzi scheme.

Mayer's lawyer tells TMZ, "John Mayer performed at a corporate event in 2008 and was paid for his services. The opportunity was brought to John through his talent agency, CAA."

A judge has yet to rule on the case. more on this story

KABC TV reports Gill as saying: "I came out here with a banjo and a guitar to sunny Southern California to try to make it. I was inspired by Steve Martin, but the two things or three things that I never took into consideration was I could not act, he was a better banjo player than me, and he was funny."

Chad Ochocinco Johnson Refusing To Sign Divorce Papers?

As TMZ first reported, Evelyn filed for divorce three days after Chad allegedly head-butted her during an argument. The incident that led to his arrest and Evelyn receiving stitches.

Sources close to Chad tell TMZ ... he won't sign the docs or partake in any divorce proceedings because he doesn't want to get a divorce. We're told Chad still believes he can win Evelyn back ... as evidenced by the fact he recently tattooed her face on his leg.

But Chad's plan isn't exactly bulletproof -- under Florida law (where Evelyn filed the docs) the divorce can still be finalized with a judge's approval.

Sources tell us Evelyn is hellbent on making this divorce happen and nothing Chad does will get her back. We're told she's ready to move on and rebuild her life. more on this story

Aaron Rodgers To Wear 49ers Uniform?

TMZ has learned ... Rodgers and the R&B legends are actually friends ... and recently, Aaron asked the guys if they would sing the National Anthem at the season opener at Lambeau Field on Sunday.

But before the guys would agree to sing, Nathan Morris (the guy with the deep voice) had one MAJOR demand.

Turns out, Morris is a bigtime 49ers fan ... and proposed a friendly bet to the QB -- if SF wins, Rodgers MUST WEAR an Alex Smith 49ers jersey for the remainder of the week.

If GB wins, Morris has agreed to wear a Rodgers jersey.

A rep for the band confirms ... Aaron accepted the challenge and Boyz II Men agreed to perform at the game.

The stakes are pretty damn high for Rodgers -- considering SF passed on Aaron in the 2005 NFL Draft so they could pick up Alex Smith.

Real Housewives Paul Nassif Claims Adrienne Maloof Was Violent

Paul and Adrienne are both in court ... fighting over custody of their 3 sons. During the hearing, Paul's lawyer claimed Adrienne has pushed Paul and was also verbally abusive in front of their kids, calling him "stupid, dumb and an idiot."

According to a declaration filed today, the couple's head of security witnessed Adrienne hit and scratch Paul in the back of their car last summer ... before Paul called her a "bitch."

Later in court, Paul's lawyer also said ... while Paul was asleep one day, she went into his briefcase and removed a gun and then took a picture of it. He never explained why she did it but made it clear .. it was not kosher.

Paul's lawyer also says Adrienne is using her rep to leak private info about Paul and their kids to the media.

A source close to Adrienne tells TMZ ... "All Adrienne has ever done is protect herself and Paul has been aggressive and violent numerous times. He is 7 inches taller and weighs 100 pounds more." more on this story

Mariah Carey Can Judge American Idol All On Her Own

Carey spoke to photogs on both ends of the country last week -- first in NYC, where the paps asked about the tension between herself and Nicki Minaj. Carey shot back, "What tension? There's no tension!" Suuuuure.

When she arrived to L.A. we asked Carey who she would like to join her on the judge's panel, since there are still 3 open chairs. Mariah replied, "I'd answer that, but I'm not quite sure how."

When we suggested she judge the show by herself, Carey made it clear she LOVED that idea ... saying, "Naturally ... why not?"

Think about it ... She's going to make $18 mil. If she pulls a Sybil, producers could pay each personality a more reasonable $4.5 million, and everybody wins. more on this story

R. Kelly Owes A Million More In Taxes

According to documents filed in Illinois, the "Trapped in the Closet" singer owes Uncle Sam a cool $1,379,695.11 for unpaid taxes for the year 2011.

As TMZ first reported, Kelly already owes $4,848,072.71 in unpaid taxes for the years 2005-2010. That brings his total to a cool $6,227,767.82.

A rep for Kelly tells TMZ, "He takes this very seriously and is already communicating with the IRS about the payment process to quickly resolve the issue." more on this story

Kim Kardashian and Beyonce Confrontation Story Denied

There was lots of speculation this week following a story in which Bey allegedly confronted Kim at Jay-Z's recent Made in America event in Philadelphia -- asking Kim to stop posing for the cameras because she was stealing Jay-Z's spotlight.

Director Ron Howard was at the event too -- and according to reports, Kim approached Ron to cast her in one of his films ... another detail that allegedly angered Beyonce.

But sources close to Beyonce's camp tell us, there was no confrontation whatsoever -- in fact, when Kanye performed with Jay-Z at the event ... we're told Beyonce and Kim watched their men together backstage, laughing and hugging the whole time.

As one source put it, "They love each other -- they talk fashion, family, Beyonce's baby all the time."

As for the Ron Howard thing -- we're told Kim never uttered a word to him the entire day. more on this story

Mickey Mouse Club's Annette Funicello Sued Over House Fire

It's actually a pretty sad story ... the 69-year-old's Encino, CA home burned down in March 2011 ... and now her neighbors are suing -- claiming they suffered residual damage from the blaze.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ ... the neighbors claim their property was contaminated with toxins from the fire. They also claim no one ever cleaned up all of the charred waste, rubbish and debris.

The neighbors are suing for at least $25k in damages ... to cover wage loss ... medical expenses ... and property damage.

We tried contacting Annette -- who no longer lives in the home -- but attempts to reach the actress were unsuccessful. more on this story

Usher Fires Back in Custody Ruling Appeal

As we reported, Usher emerged victorious after an arduous custody trial with his ex Tameka Raymond, in which the judge awarded Usher primary custody of the couple's two sons.

Tameka filed papers asking for a new trial -- on the grounds the judge had received campaign contributions from Usher's lawyer and was biased as a result -- but Usher says that's BS.

The singer filed his own response on Wednesday asking the court to deny Tameka's request, claiming her motion is "an assault on the integrity of the court."

Usher believes Tameka is delusional, claiming if she were granted a new trial, it would be grounds for a reversal of ALL trials where a lawyer had contributed to a judge's campaign.

Usher claims the motion "constitutes a continuum of [Tameka's] vile and unsupported claims that every person who dared testify against her ... is biased and tainted."

A judge has yet to rule on the matter. more on this story

Alleged Amanda Bynes Hit and Run Victim Speaks Out

TMZ spoke with Kisa ... who tells us "Someone could have died if [Amanda] kept driving. A normal person would not get away with hit and runs and she shouldn't either."

If you recall ... Bynes allegedly rear-ended Kisa on August 4th and fled the scene ... then last week the L.A. City Attorney's Office charged the actress with 2 counts of hit and run (one count for her accident with Kisa and one count for an accident in April).

After the charges were filed Bynes' license was suspended by the DMV ... but it's unclear if and how the charges played a role.

Regardless, Bynes can't get behind the wheel any time soon ... and Kisa says that's the best thing for everyone ... "I'm glad she's off the road. She absolutely needs to pay for her actions and taking away her license is a good first step."

Kisa adds, "I feel she needs to get some sort of help and maybe this will be the catalyst."

Amanda is due in court on September 27th ... she faces up to a year in jail if convicted of both charges. more on this story

Jermaine Dupri Prevents Foreclosure Auction

Dupri's home was scheduled for auction September 4th -- after Dupri's bank claimed the rapper failed missed $193,404 in payments on his mortgage.

Dupri filed an emergency motion in response, asking the court to block the auction, claiming he only owed $89,901 ... and he paid the bill in full by the time he filed the motion.

The house was yanked from the auction at the last minute.

Dupri's lawyer, James Kane, tells TMZ, "There was no foreclosure sale of the property ... We are presently working with the lender to reconcile our disagreement over the [mortgage amount due]." more on this story

Lorenzo Lamas' Son Arrested

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Lamas -- who starred in a reality TV show about his family called "Leave It to Lamas" -- copped to one count of DUI, driving with a blood alcohol level of .08 or higher, immediately following his arrest. The details surrounding the arrest are unclear.

Lamas was sentenced to 36 months probation and roughly $1,600 in fines. Lamas was also ordered not to possess any deadly weapons.

He was released from custody shortly afterward. Calls to his reps were not returned. more on this story

Kenya Bell No Longer A Basketball Wife

If you recall, Kenya and Charlie were entangled in a bitter divorce battle over money. Charlie wanted Kenya to support him, claiming he makes pennies with no more NBA contract. Kenya wanted Charlie to give up a chunk of his seven-figure savings and pay child support.

After all the back and forth ... a judgment was filed on August 27. Here's how it breaks down:

Kids: Charlie has to shell out $1,000/month in child support, but they'll share custody of their two daughters. Neither party has to cough up spousal support.

Homes: Kenya scored the marital home in Michigan, along with the home bought for her parents. Charlie gets the condo in Vegas and the home he bought his parents.

Money: Kenya was awarded $780,000 cash from Charlie's savings ... leaving him with $656,000. She also gets half of the $670,000 from another account.

Here's where Kenya wins big: she gets HALF OF EVERYTHING from the following: Charlie's NBA 401k plan, his NBA retirement plan, his NBA pension, NBA welfare plan and NBA supplement benefit plan.
