Tommy Lee's Sister Vs Scorpions Drummer In Custody Case

Kottak filed legal docs this month asking a judge to change a July 2011 ruling that gave his ex Athena Lee (Tommy Lee's little sister) primary custody of their teenage son AND ordered him to cough up $1,466 / month in child support and another $1,738 / month in spousal support.

In the docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Kottak claims their son has been living with him 100% of the time since January 2012, when the teenager had a falling out with his mother. Kottack claims Athena has been in and out of rehab for alcohol addiction.

Kottak -- who was married to Athena from 1996 to 2010 -- says he deserves primary physical custody with Athena getting visitation rights. He also wants the court to reduce his child support payments.

The drummer also specifies that his income -- listed at $12,000 month -- isn't set in stone because his contract with the Scorpions has yet to be renewed.

Kottak claims his wife on the other hand makes plenty of money ($3,100 month) and has the potential to pull in $80k / year as a surgical nurse -- so he wants his spousal support cut down too.

But Athena says the rocker is spewing lies -- claiming she's been sober since January 13, 2012 and is allowing her son to live with Kottak so he can stay in his school district.

"He's trying everything he can to knock me down," Athena says ... adding, " It's only about the money to James." more on this story

Linsday Lohan May Go After Accident Accuser

You'll recall.... Jose Rodriguez claims Lindsay struck him while she was driving a Porsche last week in NYC. Rodriguez gave an interview to a reporter and claimed Lindsay was slurring and "smelled like alcohol real bad" at the time of the incident.

The cops and others say Lindsay had not been drinking and alcohol was not a factor in the alleged incident.

We're told Lindsay believes she could lose work if people think she's off the wagon, so she's planning on suing Rodriguez for defamation.

Lindsay is saying, "I'm tired of people lying just to score a quick paycheck." more on this story

Amanda Bynes Hit With More Charges

As we reported, Bynes was pulled over last Sunday outside the Burbank Airport. When cops ran her license, they discovered it was suspended. The car was impounded and Bynes got a ticket for driving on a suspended license.

Bynes has been charged with TWO COUNTS of driving with a suspended license. The other incident also occurred at Burbank Airport. The two incidents occurred within minutes of each other.

Amanda is also currently facing a DUI charge and two hit-and-run charges. As for driving on a suspended license ... the maximum sentence is 6 months in jail for each offense. more on this story

Johnny Depp Movie Crew Member Dies On Set

Close friends tell TMZ the victim's name is Mike Bridger -- a welder and water safety guy who had 20 plus years in the biz ... and one of his biggest breaks was working with Bruckheimer on the set of the first "Pirates of the Caribbean" movie.

We're told Bruckheimer respected his work so much ... he hired him for every single "Pirates" sequel and then for "Lone Ranger." Our sources say he also became close with Depp while working on those films.

Close friends of Mike tell TMZ ... the family does not blame the production company for his death, and believes he died of a heart attack.

TMZ broke the story, Mike was working in a large tank on "The Lone Ranger" set when he passed away. Law enforcement also believe his death was due to a heart attack. He was 48.

His funeral is currently being planned by family and friends. more on this story

Jepsen's smash single "Call Me Maybe," has sold more than 7.3 million singles worldwide and spent 9 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 this summer, giving her the longest-running US chart-topper of 2012.

South Korean rapper Psy's "Gangnam Style" is the latest smash of the year; released in July, the video has more than 259 million youtube views as of Sunday. Check out the mashup here.

Pink Joins No Doubt On Stage

In Vegas, No Doubt were joined by special guest Pink for a performance of their 1995 smash, "Just A Girl."

Pink strolled onstage during the song and bowed down in front of Gwen Stefani, as the two greeted each other with a kiss on the cheek before Pink began a series of pushups. Check out video here.

Rihanna To Premiere New Song This Week

Rihanna confirmed the news during an interview with Duran at the iHeartRadio festival in Las Vegas on Friday.

When asked about the mood of the song, Rihanna said, "You're not sad. You're happy and hippie. It's hopeful. It gives me a great feeling when I listen to it. The lyrics are hopeful and positive. Wiz Khalifa Being Investigated For Alleged Hit and Run

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, the lady filed a hit-and-run report following the crash last Wednesday. Cops are investigating to figure out wassup.

We're told the alleged victim had been working on a music video shoot with Wiz and she claims the alleged accident occurred around midnight when everyone was leaving the set.

Soulja Boy Being Sued For Crash and For Racist Claims

Bobbiye Sullinger (the driver) and Herman Flowers (the passenger) filed a joint suit against Soulja on Friday for physical, financial and emotional damages stemming from a June 23 car accident in L.A.

As TMZ first reported, Soulja's Bentley was involved in an accident with Bobbiye's Chevy. At the time Soulja said he wasn't driving ... but later admitted he was. Each side claims the other was at fault.

Bobbie and Herman are suing him for medical expenses, loss of income and property damage.

But get this ... the duo is also suing for defamation, because AFTER the accident Soulja posted a video on YouTube, where he called Bobbiye a racist and a liar, claiming she accused of him of stealing his fancy ride.

Bobbiye claims the video is filled with lies and that it negatively impacted her career and severely damaged her reputation.

Bobbiye and Herman are seeking unspecified damages. A judge has yet to rule. Watch the Youtube video here.

Flo Rida Disputing High Cost Security Bill

Flo is being sued by ADT -- the largest home security company in the United States -- which claims in 2009 it wired up Flo's home with a system that included dozens of sensors, smoke detectors and at least 27 security cameras.

In the lawsuit, ADT provided a copy of the contract ... which was signed by a man named Lee Prince -- who is reportedly Flo's manager.

According to the lawsuit, Flo paid the initial deposit -- $19,366.66 -- but after the work was completed, he never forked over the remaining $38,733.

Now, ADT wants the money PLUS interest, totaling $47,134.40.

Here's where it gets crazy -- Flo Rida has fired back at the suit ... saying he NEVER authorized the work despite Prince's signature ... and claims he doesn't owe ADT a dime.

Deion Sanders Appeals Five Figure Monthly Support Order

Sanders just filed docs in Texas Supreme Court challenging the support order that was established in a lower court back in May.

In his docs, Sanders says $10k/month is actually SIX TIMES more than Texas law requires ... and he wants his child support obligation significantly reduced.

But Pilar claims Deion is worth roughly $250 MILLION ... and the TX Supreme Court shouldn't have any sympathy for Prime Time ... or change the support structure that's already in place.

In fact, Pilar has filed her own legal docs outlining why she needs so much cash from Deion. Among the highlights:
-- $2,000/month for a special diet for the kids
-- $900/month on uniforms and shoes for the kids' sports activities
-- $500/ month on the children's cell phones

Pilar also claims she spends $450 on haircuts for her sons and treatments for her daughter's "very thick curly hair."

Pilar's lawyer tells TMZ, "Once again, Mr. Sanders has not followed the Court's direct orders and has attempted to make up his own rules. It is clear that he still thinks he is "above the law."

Dina Lohan Wants Dr. Phil Do-Over

Sources close to Dina tell TMZ, she doesn't believe the interview that aired this week on Dr. Phil's show -- in which she appears bizarrely fidgety and paranoid -- is a good representation of her (no duh).

Dina says she was in an extremely emotional state during the interview -- she says she was taken off guard by questions about Lindasy's drug habits and Michael Lohan's alleged abuse ... which begs the question -- How could she think Phil wouldn't ask her about those things?

We're told Dina has reached out to Dr. Phil for a do-over to prove she's not "the worst mother in America."

Tony Scott Left Entire Estate To His Wife and Children

TMZ obtained a copy of Scott's will, which was filed in probate court in L.A. County earlier this week -- and according to the documents he left everything to the Tony Scott Family Trust ... established in 2004.

The beneficiaries of the trust are his wife Donna W. Scott and his 12-year old twins Max and Frank.

In the probate docs, the value of Tony's estate is listed as $1,250,000 worth of personal property -- however, considering his success, it's likely Tony was worth millions more ... and his assets had already been made part of the family trust.

Tony's famous brother Ridley Scott was originally named co-executor of the will -- drawn up in 2004 -- but in April 2011 he amended it to make attorney R. Dennis Luderer the sole executor ... and Ridley the first alternate executor. more on this story

Parents of Dead NHL Player File $9.8 Million Lawsuit

28-year-old Derek died on May 13, 2011 from a fatal mixture of drugs and alcohol. In the lawsuit, Derek's parents claim he was addicted to prescription pills at the time of his death ... partly because he had been prescribed "a multitude of narcotics and sleeping pills by both the team doctors, physicians, trainers, and dentists of the New York Rangers and the Minnesota Wild."

Because Derek's parents believe the NHL teams are partly responsible for their son's death, they turned to the NHL PA which promised to help them file a grievance to get the Rangers to pay out the rest of Derek's multi-million dollar 4-year contract with the team.

But, according to the lawsuit, the NHL PA failed to file the grievance by the required deadline, so the Boogaards were unable to collect ... and now the Boogaards are angry.

Derek's parents are demanding the NHL PA make things right by shelling out the $4.8 million PLUS $5 million in punitive damages. more on this story

Celine Dion Settles Handyman Dispute

TMZ broke the story ... Keith Sturtevant sued Celine and her husband in June, claiming the couple never paid him a dime in overtime for all the work he did as their "warehouse manager"/handyman. He says they wormed out of it by illegally classifying him as an "exempt employee."

Celine and her husband fired back ... claiming Keith was paid a "handsome yearly salary" which covered all overtime. They also said when they let him go, they offered him a $10,000 severance package with vacation -- which he refused.

But the two parties finally settled the matter out of court and the suit was dismissed on August 30. more on this story
