"I'm in the research and development phase," she said. "I've been going at it for eight or nine years in the spotlight, and then before that there's that decade of hustle that never gets recognized but still shows up in your wrinkles. Ally Brooke Talks Next Fifth Harmony Album

(Radio.com) Ally Brooke of Fifth Harmony recently appeared on Play. It's Top Talk podcast with chef Pace Webb. This foodie at heart not only shared her passion for baking (she aces a chocolate molten cake), her cooking aspirations (to write cookbook and collaborate with chef Giada De Laurentiis) and her ideal romantic date (it involves Italian food), but she also discussed the upcoming second album by Fifth Harmony.

"It's a change for us, it's definitely a step up. Fifth Harmony is a different Fifth Harmony today and our music has definitely evolved as just like we have as people. And we're so excited to share this the world! I mean, I already know the game plan for everything, but I can't say it. But I know our fans are going to just flip, I'm flipping as I just think about it right now! It's going to be awesome and I hope everybody loves it and we've worked hard."

She notes that a lot of hit makers have contributed to the new album. "We didn't write on this album but we worked with so many amazing writers like Julia Michaels and Justin Tranter, Stargate, MXM; we worked with a lot of pretty phenomenal people." She adds that there will be collaborations on the album, but declines to say who they will be with. She did say, however, of the collabs: "It's so dope'the adjective I want to use is 'dope.'"

"The sound is different," she says of the record. "Sonically it's a step up. [What] I love about this album is that it does have a pretty consistent lane but it also has variety which is awesome. And we are more vulnerable on this album as far as what we speak about, and we talk about. And we've matured a lot on this album as well. And I think that's going to really shine through it and I hope people will like it. That's my goal and my hope." Read more and listen to the entire Top Talk with Pace Webb podcast here.

Panic! At The Disco's Brendon Urie Talks 'Victorious'

(Radio.com) Brendon Urie and his Panic! At The Disco bandmates are enjoying an ever growing audience and sold out shows around the world, and it has a lot to do with their recent string of hits. But the tracks aren't exactly like the others Urie's churned out in the past.

The new batch of songs on Death of Bachelor are far from the lyrically dark tracks fans are familiar with. In fact, the album launched with "Hallelujah" followed by "Victorious," two positive and upbeat sing-alongs that have audiences on their feet from start to finish.

But what sparked a song like "Victorious" with its upbeat underdog-to-winner-the-world-is-one-big-party message? Is it his career's skyward trajectory or his relationship with wife Sarah?

Urie admits he's normally inspired by much weightier feelings from his past. "This was a rare moment, Urie tells Radio.com. "Halfway through writing the album I hit a moment where I hadn't felt that excited in a long time and it sparked the idea of wanting to write this invincible, indestructible, confident song that portrayed exactly how I felt about the whole process up to that point." Urie explains that it was an eye-opening moment.

The 28 year old frontman recalls the exact moment the song was written and describes it as "revelatory" and "celebratory." "I wanted to showcase the party in me," Urie admits with a smile. The song has awaken a demon in him. "The monster's out of the cage," he says. "All I wanna do is party." Read more here.
