What Does Taylor Swift Have To Do With Lana Del Rey's New Video?

(Radio.com) At the premiere for Lana Del Rey's new video for "Freak," Father John Misty (real name J. Tillman) recalled how the video was inspired by an acid trip he took--at a Taylor Swift concert in Australia.

The too-indie-for-words moment happened onstage at the Wiltern theater in Los Angeles, and began innocently enough. "I had so much fun making this video inspired by his acid trip that he took in Topanga," said Del Rey. Father John Misty was quick to clarify where the trip in question actually took place.

"I took acid at a Taylor Swift concert," he said. "I thought this was the best time to tell you." Misty and Del Rey appear together in the 10-minute music video, released Wednesday. Watch the funny premiere exchange here.
