Cold Case Boss
Contact Music reports: Eight of BRUCE SPRINGSTEEN's classic 1980s tracks are set to be included in a single episode of US TV show COLD CASE.

The episode, which will air in the US on 8 January (06), follows the team reopening a case from 1988 involving a group of high school friends who are brought in for questioning after a pal is found dead.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Adolescents 25th Tour
Press Release reports: First Wave punk legends, The Adolescents announced today that they will celebrate their 25th anniversary by touring California and Arizona in support of their first release of new material in seventeen years, “O.C. Confidential” on Finger Records.

The Adolescents, featuring original members Tony Cadena (vocals), Steve Soto (bass) and Frank Agnew (guitar) along with former Social Distortion member Derek O’Brien (Drums) and 18 year old Frank Agnew Jr. (guitar), will be hitting the road from December 28, 2005 through January 7, 2006. Maroon 5 Xmas
Press Release reports: Maroon 5 is adding festive fuel to Make Some Noise, Amnesty International's ground-breaking global music venture, with the release of Happy Xmas (War Is Over). Make Some Noise sees top international artists record contemporary versions of John Lennon classics.

Available from December 20, 2005, as an online download via www.amnesty.org/noise, the L.A.-based quintet's single will be the fifth Lennon classic to be released through the Make Some Noise initiative. In the United States, all Make Some Noise downloads are available via MSN Music.

Originally recorded by Lennon in 1971, Happy Xmas (War Is Over) joins The Black Eyed Peas' rousing version of Power to the People, Snow Patrol's rendition of Isolation, Love performed by The Cure, and The Postal Service's interpretation of Grow Old With Me in the campaign, which aims to bring an awareness of human rights to a new generation.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

Editors are coming
Press Release reports: EDITORS debut record, The Back Room, which has hit the gold record mark in the UK, is now set to be released in the U.S. March 21st 2006 on FADER Label/Kitchenware. Editors are now gearing to bring their epic live show stateside.
