with their drummer Kevin Talley on amicable terms and have replaced him
with with none other than original band drummer, Andols Herrick. Herrick
recently commented on rejoining the band, saying: "Being away from the
band and touring for almost two years made me realize how much I missed
it. Being involved in the Roadrunner 25th album and concert made me realize

AP reports: Grammy-nominated rapper Mystikal
has been sentenced to a year in prison for trying to cheat the federal
government out of $271,000 in taxes.
U.S. District Judge James Brady said Thursday
that he would allow Mystikal, whose real name is Michael L. Tyler, to serve
the sentence at the same time he serves a state sentence for sexual battery

drillTEAM Media reports: Custard/Atlantic
recording artist James Blunt continues to surge in popularity in the U.S.,
as his debut album, "BACK TO BEDLAM," is certified gold by the RIAA for
sales in excess of 500,000 copies. At the same time, the album has leapt
into the top 20 on this week's Billboard 200, landing at #16 with a bullet.
In the past two weeks alone, the album has jumped 33 spots on the chart.
"BACK TO BEDLAM" was released in the U.S. on October 4, 2005.
Blunt will fly to the U.S. for a very special
pre-Grammy Awards performance at the House of Blues in Los Angeles on February
7th. He will return to the States in March for his first full-fledged headlining
tour. In December, Blunt wrapped up his first major North American concert
itinerary, which featured a number of dates with labelmate Jason Mraz,
as well as a series of headlining shows -- including two sold-out performances

Hello Wendy reports: Particle is poised to
return to the stage this spring with a fresh lineup, new material, a tour,
and a DVD. The band's first live performance of the new year will be on
Friday, February 24 at the Henry Fonda Theatre in Hollywood. Billed as
Particle: Transformations, the show will be filmed for a DVD to be released
this summer and will feature an array of special guests. Tickets will go
on sale this Saturday January 14 at 10AM, and are available online at www.goldenvoice.com.
Additional information about the evening's festivities and guests will
follow over the next few weeks.
Particle is excited to announce that Shout!
Factory will release the Particle: Transformations DVD nationwide. Produced
by Captured Live Productions, it will be the band's debut DVD, and a follow-up
