downloads monthly, announced that, effective today, its sales figures are
being reported to Nielsen SoundScan, the information system that tracks
sales of music and music video products throughout the United States and
Canada. By reporting these new data, eMusic will reveal a more precise
picture of digital music market sales to SoundScan, which has been severely

set to release its full-length Secret Services on March 7th. Recorded
over several years, the self-recorded and produced album was laid down

Virgin Records reports: Virgin Records band
THE RED JUMPSUIT APPARATUS, is about to come roaring out of northern Florida
with a tight, song-intensive fusion of punk-pop and alt-rock thats at
once soul-gripping and butt-kicking.
With production from David Bendeth (Hawthorne
Heights, Breaking Benjamin), RJA is currently in New York completing their
Virgin debut album (slated for summer 2006). The collection of songs take
instant hold with an undeniable musical and emotional immediacy -- and
then sink in and stick with an unexpectedly anthemic dimension. THE RED
JUMPSUIT APPARATUS is to join recent Virgin signees The Starting Line for
a week of live dates in the southeast late in February. They will also
be heading to SXSW this year for a performance as well.
