Throwing Muses Again

. (CMJ) The original lineup of Throwing Muses, fronted by Kristin Hersh, who went on to lead 50 Foot Wave, among other projects, will reunite for several shows this August. According to manager Billy O'Conell, "Throwing Muses is rarely offered the opportunity to play together, but recently an Icelandic festival approached them asking if they would play. The offer was generous enough to underwrite the expenses involved in getting the three of them together again and cranking up the ol' machine." He added that it was just a matter of booking a few more US shows to take advantage of the re-grouping situation.[see full story for more] - Click here for the Full Story
