(Contact Music) Former RONETTES singer RONNIE SPECTOR has slammed the current generation of popstars as simply manufactured acts with no real talent or originality. The BE MY BABY star mourns the lack of individuality contemporary bands display, arguing The Ronettes focused on music over choreography and glitz in their 1960s heyday. Spector fumes, "I look around me and I don't see any rock 'n' roll at the moment. Instead it's all choreography and stylists and wigs and stuff.
