(AP) MOUNT CLEMENS, Mich. - A failure in an underground electrical line apparently caused a series of gas explosions that sent utility hole covers flying and forced cancellation of a Goo Goo Dolls concert, officials say. The blasts Wednesday afternoon forced evacuation of part of the downtown for several hours.
