(Sony) In anticipation of their early 2007 release, We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank, Modest Mouse is set to perform a string of multiple venue dates in Los Angeles and New York beginning November 5th at the Avalon in LA. The dual city residency will include four shows at three different venues in Los Angeles and five shows at three different venues in New York. We Were Dead Before The Ship Even Sank is set to be released early next year with a full World tour to follow. The album was produced by Dennis Herring (Good News for People Who Love Bad News) and recorded in Sweet Tea studios in Oxford, Mississippi and Audio Alchemy in Portland, OR. LOS ANGELES
