(PR) Australian superstars The Cat Empire will release their new album 'So Many Nights' in the US on April 22 via Velour Music Group. The album is now certified platinum in Australia. During recent visits to the States, the band has appeared on The Late Show with David Letterman, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno and The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson. No other Australian band has performed on all three television shows. 'So Many Nights' picks up where their previous release, the Cuban-influenced, dance-friendly 'Two Shoes' left off with "Fishies," a Latin-tinged, energetic tune that was co-written by singers Harry Angus and Felix Riebl. Harry and Felix are the group's principal songwriters, and each has his own style of songwriting. When they join forces, the result is a study in contrasts, funky meets suave, energetic meets slinky. Continuing the natural, oceanic theme is another co-written song, "Til The Ocean Takes Us All." - Listen here
