In an auspicious multi-record deal, the band will initiate the collaboration with IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT-- a collection of newly interpreted recordings of some of their greatest hits.
The brainchild of front man Art Alexakis, the album also includes two new Alexakis-penned songs, "Here Comes the Darkness" and "At the End of the Day." IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT will be released on 429 Records on October 6th in North America, in Australia by Universal Australia and Europe by Proper Music Distribution.
The band will hit the road in support of IN A DIFFERENT LIGHT playing shows across the U.S. through the end of the year starting in the Northeast October 5th. Also, fans can expect a collection of all new songs in the spring of 2010 courtesy of 429 Records. The band will embark on an extensive spring/summer tour around its release.
