Rolling Stones Releasing New Songs

(hennemusic) The Rolling Stones have announced the fall release of a new greatest hits collection to mark the band's 50th Anniversary that will include two newly recorded songs.

Due November 12 worldwide (November 13 in North America), "GRRR!" will be available in five different formats, including a three-CD 50-track version and a four-CD super-deluxe version that includes 80 songs.

The collection follows the history of The Stones, from their first single, 1963's cover of Chuck Berry's "Come On", through hits like "The Last Time," "(I Can't Get No) Satisfaction," "Get Off Of My Cloud," "Jumping Jack Flash," "Honky Tonk Women," and concert staples "Brown Sugar," "Tumbling Dice," "Miss You" and "Start Me Up."

"GRRR!" will also feature two new songs - "Gloom And Doom" and "One Last Shot" recorded last month in Paris. The tracks mark the first time Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ronnie Wood have all been together in the recording studio since completing 2005's "A Bigger Bang" album. more on this story
