Initial Dave Koz And Friends Summer Horns Tour Dates Announced

Dave Koz will be launching a tour this summer and has revealed the initial dates and the lineup details for the upcoming North American trek.

Dubbed the 'Dave Koz and Friends Summer Horns Tour 2013,' the trek will feature saxophonists Mindi Abair, Gerald Albright and Richard Elliot.

These are the same saxophonist who teamed up with Koz to recording the forthcoming album, "Summer Horns," which features their tributes to acclaimed horn sections from the likes of Earth Wind & Fire, Chicago, Tower Of Power, Blood, Sweat & Tears, James Brown, Sly & The Family Stone. They will be performing songs from that album as well as their own material on the tour.

The tour is set to kick off on June 7 in Clearwater, FL. Various dates have been announced through August 30th in North Charleston, SC, with more dates still to be revealed.
