Phil Lynott, Pete Townshend and Paul Weller Get Gorillaz'd

(Classic Rock) Liam Gallagher's clothing line Pretty Green has joined forces with Tank Girl/Gorillaz man Jamie Hewlett to design three limited edition T-shirts to benefit Teenage Cancer Trust.

With a white guitar as the stand-out symbol, the designs created by Hewlett depict classic guitar poses inspired by three rock idols: Thin Lizzy's Phil Lynott, Pete Townshend of The Who and 'modfather' Paul Weller.

Hewlett, who has a long-standing relationship with the charity, is most famously known as the comic book artist and creator of Tank Girl and co-creator of virtual band Gorillaz. He created the now iconic logo for Teenage Cancer Trust's annual concert series at the Royal Albert Hall.
