The xx Working On New Album In Texas
. Band member Jamie xx revealed the band's Texas recording sessions during a recent guest slot on BBC Radio 6. He made the announcement after playing a song by Texas country singer Mickey Newbury, saying that the xx had been recording in Newbury's home state. The band has also been revealing little details about the Texas sessions on their Facebook page, writing that they'd been recording "with our old friend Rodaidh McDonald at Marfa Recording Company," who mixed their last release, 2012′s Coexist.
