Robert Plant Goes Doo-Wop With Jimmy Fallon
. The Led Zeppelin singer joined host Jimmy Fallon in a doo-wop session before playing "Rainbow" from the record on the program; he also recorded a web-exclusive performance of the album track, "Turn It Up." Plant was in New York to launch of a 7-date theatre tour of North America. Plant played three shows in the city starting September 25th, before hitting Toronto, Chicago and Denver, wrapping the run up in Los Angeles on October 7th. "lullaby..." just landed a US Top 10 debut for the singer, as the project entered the Billboard 200 at No. 10 with opening week sales of 29,000 copies. The album marks Plant's third straight top 10, following 2010's "Band Of Joy" and 2007's "Raising Sand" (with Alison Krauss).
