As it stands the tour will kick off in Vancouver on November  7th, with tickets for December dates in Boston, New York and Philadelphia going on sale this Saturday (9-28). 

The current incarnation of GNR debuted to television viewers late last month when they performed at the MTV Video Music Awards.  The current line-up of GNR is as follows: Axl Rose (vocals), Dizzy Reed (keyboards), Chris Pitman (keyboards), Brain (drums), Buckethead (guitar), Robin Finck (guitar), Tommy Stinson (bass), and Richard Fortus (guitar). (2 keyboard players???) 

Despite the tour news, there is still no word on an official release date for the new GNR album, “Chinese Democracy”.
