Danzig Slams Ozzfest
Blabbermouth reports: DANZIG mainman/namesake Glenn Danzig recently spoke to MTV.com about the band's current "Blackest of the Black" tour... "It's something I've been working on for a long time, and we're finally getting to take it all over the place," Danzig said. "But I don't want it to be like Ozzfest. It's for bands that get ignored by radio and television but sell out venues that are either the same size or bigger than venues that, say, bands that get played a lot on the radio can't sell a ticket to save their lives. It's exactly like when DANZIG and SLAYER came up. No one would play us, but we would go in and sell out venues, to everyone's shock. The Ozzfest is a corporate buy-on, and this is my answer to it.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story

RIAA Vs Innocents?
FMQB reports: According to a new article from Wired, legal experts are saying that many of the file sharing lawsuits filed by the RIAA are being waged against innocent victims. So far, more than 3,300 parties have settled out of court, which the RIAA says proves that the majority of those summoned are guilty. However, attorneys representing some of these people say their clients are being bullied into settling as the cheapest way to get out of trouble, and that they're being harassed to pay thousands of dollars for claims that they know nothing about.[see full story for more]- Click Here for the Full Story
