(punkbands) More details have come out regarding the recent incident which saw half of the Blackout Pact arrested and locked up by Indianapolis police officers. According to a local report: Seth Piracci, 25, was jailed on preliminary charges of criminal mischief and furnishing alcohol to a minor. Wisam Alshabi, 21, faces the same charges. The band responded:

Basically, this is all bullsh*t, we didnt buy alcohol for anybody, and all that happened is we went to sleep and woke up with coppers dragging us around. We are really f**king sorry about the fact that we have had to cancel two shows, but we are in Lancaster right now, ready as ever. The shows continue, the band continues. No worries.
