Sevendust Guitarist Reveals Band's Plan To Unplug (A Top Story)
. Noise Blog's Anne Erickson spoke with Connolly ahead of their show in Lansing, Mich, which is part of the band's tour in support of their current album, "Black Out the Sun." "There's a lot of talk, a lot of buzz going around about another acoustic tour," he said. "We've always wanted to do one, but we really don't want to do it without a record, so we may be hopping in at some point to do some kind of an acoustic EP." He added, "Ideally, it would be nice if we could get it wrapped up before the end of the year, but I think realistically, it might be January, February, March, somewhere around there that we'll hop in for a few weeks. Probably revisit some older songs and then do a handful of newer songs that we can do on the acoustic thing. So that's kind of off a little ways, but it's definitely something we want to focus on." - Check out the full interview here.
