Julian Casablancas Releases Where No Eagles Fly Video
. In keeping with the original's throwback vibe, the video for "Where No Eagles Fly" seems like it could have come straight out of a time many decades ago, from Casablancas and co.'s retro clothing to the faded, blurred effect on the video. Images of New York City flank the group as they pose for photos around town and play in decrepit old clubs. There's also some fairly cheesy '80s-esque video effects and transitions along the way. If you're feeling good about the direction Casablancas is taking as he enjoys some time off from the Strokes, his solo album Tyranny is out Sept. 23. Watch the video here.
