Timbaland Plans Christmas Release Of King Stays King Mixtape

(Radio.com) Rap fans will be receiving two high profile mixtapes for Christmas this year. Following Busta Rhymes announcement that he'll be releasing his new effort on the holiday, comes word that producer Timbaland will be releasing a mixtape titled King Stays King on Christmas Day.

The project boasts sixteen tracks with appearances from Young Thug, Mila J, Rich Homie Quan, and a slew of others. King Stays King will also contain an unreleased song from the late Aaliyah.

The Virgina native tells Rap-Up, "It's been a while since I've been able to give the world some new music. I've spent a lot of time working on this project and I am just looking forward to giving my fans some dope sounds to close out the year." Read more here.
