(Radio.com) Adele closed her show at London's O2 Area on Tuesday night with a dedication to the city of Brussels and its residents. Earlier in the day the city was attacked by terrorists who bombed both an airport and subway station.

"This is for Brussels tonight. I want you all to sing it with me, so they can hear us," she told the crowd, before beginning a solemn cover of Bob Dylan's "Make You Feel My Love".

Rather than singing along with Adele, the crowd offered its light by way of cellphones. Everyone remained respectfully silent, allowing Adele's voice to carry its message. Once she sang the final note, they burst into applause and cheers, their solidarity with Brussels becoming clear in that last moment.

'I don't think I've ever actually been so moved in my life at one of my shows, that was just so beautiful," she said. 'Thank you very much for doing that, I really appreciate it. It's such a beautiful song. I think they heard us." A fan captured the moment, watch it here.
