Now reports indicate that Eminem went to the bar with a friend to spy on his wife, who he suspected of cheating on him. When he pulled into the parking lot, he saw his wife kissing a man named John Guerra. The rapper then approached them and pulled an unloaded 8mm semi-automatic pistol out on Guerra telling him, "I'm gonna kill you". Then he was said to have hit Guerra twice in the head with the pistol. At that point, friends reportedly grabbed the rappers hand and sending the gun crashing to the ground.
Eminem is facing two series felony charges and is set to be arraigned Wednesday (June 7th) in a Macomb County Court. He has been charged with assault with a deadly weapon, a felony that carries a maximum four-year sentence and carrying a concealed weapon, another felony that carries a maximum five-year sentence.

pled not guilty to the two felony charges in the 37th District Court of
Warren, Mich. on Wednesday, June 7, according to a report by Reuters.
He was released on $100,000 bond and is scheduled to appear back in court on July 11th. This will not interfere with his plans to join the Up in Smoke Tour. He was ordered to turn over an itinerary of the tour to the court. The tour, which begins on June 15th, will also feature Dr. Dre, Ice Cube, Warren G, and Snoop Dogg.
He did get some good today. His new album, "The Marshall Mathers LP" that debuted on the Billboard charts at no. 1 last week remained in the top spot this week with 800,000 copies sold.
