Octomom Vs 3rd Rock Star
(TMZ) Flying on a plane next to 12 screaming kids is enough to drive anyone insane -- and that's exactly what set Kristen Johnston off this weekend ... and the 12 kids belonged to Octomom!

Nadya Suleman was flying back from New York City and her and the brood took up most of the business class section of the plane. The flight was delayed for more than two hours and Nadya tried to silence the kids -- to no avail.

The crying babies annoyed the "3rd Rock from the Sun" star so much, she marched over to Nadya and told her keep it down. Nadya's rep tells TMZ Nadya fired back, "How would you like me to keep eight 2-year-olds quiet?" To which Kristen allegedly responded, "Get more help!"

The rep says Nadya shouted back, "Why don't you grow a baby and get a life!"

Eventually Kristen returned to her seat, but according to Nadya's rep ... Kristen got off the plane and never returned.

We got Nadya when she belatedly landed at LAX, and she had no idea Johnston was a celebrity, telling us, "I guess there's some people that don't like kids."

Attempts to reach Johnston's reps were unsuccessful. more on this story

Marc Mysterio v Brandy Case Settled
Marc Mysterio v Brandy Norwood lawsuit has been settled. Mysterio brought suit against the former Dancing with the Stars contestant claiming that he paid Norwood $10,000 to provide two verses as her Timbaland-created rap alter-ego, Bran'Nu, for a track for his upcoming album and her manager reportedly backed out of the deal.

Pop Eater reported at the time the lawsuit was filed that Brandy's manager and cousin Ryan Ramsey phoned Mysterio and reportedly told him, "Yo Marc, listen, we just had a meeting with Universal and we tryin' to wrap up her new album deal with them and we have an issue now cuz we went over all the features she had lined up and they won't sign the deal with us if she follows through on your song cause they don't want her rapping over a dance record since they weren't happy with how her Bran'Nu tracks on Timbaland's album went down, so we gotta back out on this one."

Norwood's motion to have the case dismissed failed and the matter was scheduled to go to trial on August 3rd, 2011, according to a source close to the case. VH1 Camera crews also reportedly recorded the meeting between Marc Mysterio and Brandy, which Mysterio planned to use in his case. "The videotapes from VH1 TV of us talking will be in court and out in the public soon enough, so it will be very clear how far along that project was," Mysterio told Singersroom. With the case not going to trial, it's unlikely the public will be able to see the footage unless VH1 decides to use it.

Now with the case settled, Mysterio is focusing on his forthcoming album 'Redemption' and releasing new music through his new deal with Song Music. The first single under the new deal is called 'All Wrong' which features MTV Europe Award Winner and Platinum Artist Karl Wolf & Jamie Sparks.

Bow Wow Name Left Off Child's Birth Certificate
(TMZ) Bow Wow's baby mama was so pissed that he was MIA during the birth of their baby, and the days that followed -- she 86'd him from the baby's birth certificate.

Joie Chavis tells TMZ ... she was shocked that B.W. wasn't there for her when she went under the knife for an emergency C-section on April 27. And if Bow Wow's excuse was squeamishness, it didn't explain his absence in the days that followed.

He finally showed up on the 6th day of the baby's life, to take them home. Pissed as she was, Joie tells us Bow Wow has turned it around and now is all about baby Shai.

Joie says she's now willing to let bygones be bygones and put Bow Wow on the document, but it's going to take a judge to make that happen. more on this story

Vinny Returns To Jersey Shore?
(TMZ) Vinny Guadagnino -- who bailed on "Jersey Shore" last week after getting in a fight with a cast member -- had dinner this weekend with the rest of the cast, and might be returning to the house.

TMZ broke the story last weekend that Vinny was burned out with the show and left for good -- returning to his home in Staten Island.

Although almost everyone affiliated with the show was none-too-sad to see him leave, apparently some have had a change of heart. We're told the cast is actually going to lobby tonight for Vinny to return.

They plan on going clubbing after dinner -- so assuming no one gets knocked out ... it could be the rapprochement that makes for a decent storyline.

Dog the Bounty Hunter Bar Raid Turns Bloody
(TMZ) Dog the Bounty Hunter was at the center of violent bar brawl Thursday night in Colorado -- and according to sources on the scene, Dog's security guard sent a guy to the hospital ... where he got 15 stitches.

TMZ spoke to the owner of La Montana Linda Restaurant in Breckenridge, Colorado -- and he tells us, Dog and his crew raided the place looking for the owner's father ... who allegedly jumped bail on breaking and entering charges.

According to the owner -- named Luke -- Dog barged in out of nowhere and confronted Luke's mom about the target ... and was extremely disrespectful.

Luke stepped in to calm things down -- but several customers had already taken offense at Dog's behavior and got in Dog's face ... at which point the bounty hunter's hired muscle jumped into action.

We're told one of the customers sprayed the security guard in the face with cleaning fluid -- and the big man lashed back with haymaker to the customer's face ... leaving a gash that required 15 stitches.

Buena Vista Social Club Star Dies
(Gibson) Manuel Galban, the Cuban guitar great who helped Buena Vista Social Club rise to prominence, died last week (July 7) in Havana after suffering a heart attack. He was 80 years old.

Born in Gibara, Cuba in 1931, Galbn saw his career hit its stride in the late '50s, after he settled in Havana and began playing bars and clubs. Essentially self-taught, he became one of the first guitarists to use his right hand to mute the strings and create dry tones, moving the guitar's sound closer to that of a percussive instrument.

In 1963, he joined Los Zafiros, a vocal group that combined traditional Cuban styles with bolero, doo-wop, calypso, bossa nova and rock. That fusion transformed Los Zafiros into one of the most popular Cuban groups of all time. more on this story

Prosecutor on Willie Nelson's Side in Pot Bust?
(TMZ) Willie Nelson's fortunes may have changed dramatically ... the guy who's prosecuting him for pot possession is not going along with the judge who wants to nail the singer ... and Willie could walk.

The judge in Wilie's Texas marijuana case rejected a plea deal struck between Willie and the D.A. in which Willie would have paid $500 and the case would have gone away. The judge felt the deal reeked of celebrity justice so he told them to come up with a stronger punishment -- with a maximum of one year in jail.

But sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... there's a "strong possibility" the prosecutor will not recommend a stronger punishment, but instead just sit on the case until it's dismissed for lack of prosecution.

Call it defiant, but the prosecutor is riding a wave in Texas to treat marijuana possession for what it is ... and not fill the overcrowded jails with recreational potheads. more on this story

Singled Out: The Real Tuesday Weld's Tear Us Apart
Today Stephen Coates from The Real Tuesday Weld tells us about "Tear Us Apart" from their brand new album "The Last Werewolf," which is being released tomorrow! Here is the story:

All the songs on The Last Werewolf album are inspired by Glen Duncan's book The Last Werewolf, by its characters, relationships and situations. But they are also intended to communicate something wider, something more general and, despite the title, more human. In the case of "Tear us Apart" I wanted to subvert the usual idea in pop songs that love does bad things to us - you know 'only love can break your heart', 'love will tear us apart' and so on.

Instead this song suggests that it is us, or something in us, that does these things to ourselves and to each other. So here, the werewolf, the monster, the alien, the evil twin is the thing which surfaces in a relationship after a while and tries to destroy it, to tear it apart.

I think I got the chorus whilst singing along to an old recording of Caruso I heard through the wall one day. It is often that way - sing along, forget what you were singing, fall asleep, wake up and start singing again and there you have it - a new or a recycled thing that seems new. Originally it almost sounded like something from a rave club but I toned it down a little because I am not keen on being to epic when it comes to love..

Of course the werewolf in the book does tear things. people, apart, but the greatest damage he does is to himself - he just can't help it, the most intense thing is ..to kill the thing you love.

Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself, learn more about the album and get the dates to their tour which also kicks off this week right here!
