Game's last album, LAX, started at #2 in 2008 and went on to gold certification. "It feels amazing to be back on top," exclaims Game. "My fans are incredibly loyal. I was able to step away from music for some much needed personal time with my family and now that I've returned with a new album, they've come out strong to support me. Rihanna just filed a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, claiming she bought a 2-story home in Bev Hills in 2009 for $6.9 mil ... after the seller claimed she was not aware of any major defects with the property. But Rihanna claims the woman was lying -- and knew about all sorts of problems with the home ... including numerous waterproofing defects, evidence of water intrusion and other construction defects. According to the docs, Rihanna's home was hit by a "moderate rainstorm" in January 2010 ... but because of the defects, water leaked into multiple rooms ... causing some serious damage. Rihanna claims she got screwed -- because "the actual value of the property at the time of purchase, taking into consideration the extensive construction defects ... was millions of dollars less" than the price she paid for it. Rihanna is now suing the former owner ... along with the inspector, the real estate agents involved with the sale, and engineers who worked on the house. more on this story
LiLo rolled over to her favorite L.A. tattoo shop -- Shamrock Tattoos -- this week and got the words "Clear as a crystal, sharp as a knife I feel like I'm in the prime of my life" inked on her rib cage. For those who weren't around during the "Storm Front" years -- the lyrics are from Joel's 1989 song, "I Go to Extremes." Pretty good song ... doesn't hold a candle to "We Didn't Start The Fire" though. We're told Lindsay felt the lyric was important to her because "It represented where she is in life and everything she's been through ... it signifies that she's focused." more on this story

TMZ obtained a copy of the original 2010 settlement worth $15 million that Oksana disavowed. At the time, Oksana said she would not go through with the settlement because she felt Mel was a danger to their daughter Lucia and believed Mel should not have unsupervised contact with the child. In reality, sources connected to the case tell TMZ, the real reason Oksana walked away from the settlement is because she was advised she could get a lot more than $15 million because of the alleged physical abuse she claims she suffered at the hands of Mel. Now, in a shocking twist of fate, rather than getting $15 million, Oksana is only getting $750k. On top of that, she was concerned about Mel having unsupervised visitation ... Mel is actually getting MORE unsupervised visitation based on the agreement that was just struck. The fact is, under the 2010 agreement, Mel would NOT have gotten 50/50 custody until Lucia turns 3 years old. Under the current agreement, he gets 50/50 custody immediately. Short story ... she should have taken door #1. more on this story
Niccolai is a modern Renaissance man of sorts. An accomplished singer and songwriter, he has spent a decade honing his skills and becoming an artist ready for the world stage. Contemporaneously, he studied medicine and law in university, engages in a variety of sports including tennis, golf and scuba diving, dabbles in still and video photography, has a keen interest in literature and art, and aspires to run the New York City Marathon. For now though, his focus is purely on The Fairchilds. The band's moniker is a tribute to a Fairchild vintage amp used in tracking the debut recording. Our Revolution is a compelling compilation of twelve tracks ranging from sing-along rock anthems to haunting ballads. The cumulative evolution of Niccolai's talents as a writer attests that he has found a voice that is with certainty his own. The first single "Unbreakable" is a poignant commentary on the pursuit of one's dreams against the odds. The Christmas prior to recording the album, the singer was at his family home in the Cote d'Azur with the album weighing heavily on his mind. He shares, "I was due to start recording in April and while I had enough strong repertoire for the release, I felt something was lacking." He was on the clock, and with a commitment to appear in a French musical for three months, the creative impetus of this quandary delivered "Unbreakable." He offers, "The song is a dedication to everyone who is going through a tough phase and the message is 'Hang in there, don't lose hope'. "
