A company in FL called Performance Brands claims they signed a deal with the "Jersey Shore" star back in September 2011 to endorse their fat metabolizing cream ... a job Sitch is perfect for thanks to his six-pack. According to legal docs, PB claims they paid Sitch and his people a $75,000 advance. His job was to provide promotional material, give shout-outs on social media and make personal appearances ... which PB claims NEVER happened. Not only that, PB says right after they sent the $$$ ... Sitch checked into rehab for a prescription drug addiction ... which they claim his PR team lied to them about, before later copping to the truth. They say his failure to disclose his drug addiction is a breach of contract and they want all their money back. Sitch fired back at the company with his own counter-suit -- claiming PB failed to give him a marketing plan on-time, advertise in national magazines, or give him free product. PB denies all these claims. A judge has yet to rule. more on this story

The NFL star was taken into custody by the Fort Campbell Police Department at 5:31 AM Tuesday while attempting to drive on to Fort Campbell -- a U.S. Army base located on the border of Kentucky and Tennessee. We're told Britt was with a soldier at the time of the arrest. Britt's cherry red 2008 Dodge Challenger was taken to a nearby impound lot. It DEFINITELY ain't Kenny's first brush with the law ... the 23-year-old was busted back in April 2011 for careless driving ... and in June 2011, he was popped in New Jersey for resisting arrest.
As TMZ first reported ... AR was busted after he got into a fight with two guys who were taking photos of him. Cops slapped the cuffs on Rocky and another member of the hip hop crew A$AP Mob ... Sheldon Jabari, aka A$AP Bigga Bar$ -- who, for some reason, was shirtless at the time of the arrest. Rocky and Bigga were both booked for 2nd degree robbery. Cops say they attempted to take items from the guys they were fighting. See photos here.
Shane had this to say about the album's debut single "Turn My Way": "It's not necessarily about perfection, I just love capturing music that is honest and real. I want you to hear 'Turn My Way' and connect with the lyrics on an emotional level, that's the only hope a song has to leave a lasting impression."
X tells TMZ ... he felt COMPELLED to get back on his 4-wheeler just 4 days after he was released from the hospital ... despite suffering a major concussion and numerous stitches from his last ride. X says, "S**t happens, you know what I mean. Hopefully it don't happen again ... but I am a Ruff Ryder." It's clear from the footage (taken in front of X's South Carolina pad) ... X isn't scared to take that first joy-ride, saying "You gotta get back on that mother f-er ... try it again." Fun Fact: X was riding with the stitches on his melon still intact ... those won't be removed until July 21. See the video here.
TMZ broke the story -- a Florida judge issued an arrest warrant for Rodman back in April after he failed to pay one of his baby mamas $179,000 in unpaid child support. The judge later revoked the warrant when Rodman said he planned to fight the bill ... but set a court date earlier this month to address the issue. In the meantime, Rodman's $179,000 tab swelled to $253,000. Rodman showed up to court -- with his longtime lawyers Bradford Cohen and Vanessa Prieto -- and we're told The Worm finally hashed out a deal with his ex. Which is good, because in Florida, deadbeat dads can get jail time. Rodman's lawyers tell TMZ, he agreed to pay his ex $5,000 up front in good faith -- and slowly repay the balance in monthly installments. The judge was satisfied with the arrangement. We're told Rodman still wants to get the principle amount lowered. FYI -- this is only one of Rodman's outstanding child support cases ... he allegedly owes his ex-wife over $800,000 in California. more on this story
As we previously reported, B.G. -- aka Baby Gangsta ... aka Christopher Dorsey -- pleaded guilty to crimes stemming from a messy 2009 traffic stop. Now, B.G. released a statement through his rep Tracey Smith ... saying, "I am relieved I found out what my fate was yesterday because I was facing 30 years and my case kept getting pushed back." The 31-year-old adds, "I am just ready to get my sentence started because it's not RIP BG it's FREE BG ... I feel happy and blessed that I will still be a young man and still be able to see daylight because I am someone, a dad, a brother and a son." B.G. says he expects his career to continue to thrive while he's locked up ... noting, " will have upcoming music that will be released while I am away." more on this story
According to our sources, Nick is going to AA and is now "in a good place." We're told he has not moved home, but is staying elsewhere and in constant communication with the family. Two residents of Holmes' apartment building tell TMZ ... in order to live in the complex you MUST be enrolled in the university. As soon as your student status is axed, you only have 30 days to move out. We're told the building takes this rule very seriously and checks residents' active status every single month like clockwork. Holmes was a University of Colorado student at one time, but school officials say he dropped out some time June. That means Holmes was just about at the end of his 30-day grace period to move out of his apartment when he took an arsenal of weapons to a local theater and opened fire. We reached out the building's management company and landlord multiple times for comment, but haven't heard back. more on this story
"Did She Look" is a song inspired by a very real and enchanting experience I had in New York City. Back in 2010, I was walking out of this funky coffee shop in midtown at the same time this drop-dead gorgeous girl was walking in. Passing very slowly through the revolving door, we shared a glance that came off as completely ambiguous to me. It was one of those moments when you just can't tell what type of look you're getting. I had no idea. I was confused, excited, inspired, anxious Everything! It was an overwhelming, in-the-moment type of feeling that I've never experienced before. My immediate reaction: Was she interested? Do I go back in? Was it innocent? Did she even look? Maybe I was just imagining this whole thing in the first place. I was startled. I waited outside the coffee shop to watch this girl buy her mocha latte and sip it slowly for five long minutes. It was too hard to handle, but I did it anyway. I felt like my time had passed, but maybe there was still hope. Caught in a trance, my "singer-songwriter switch" turned on, and almost immediately I said to myself, "Wow, what a cool song to write!" It occurred to me that this type of situation probably happens every single day among thousands of people, especially in the city. My mind was racing, my heart was jumping through my shirt, and I was truly love-struck. I didn't even know her name, but I still felt like I knew her for years. I was hoping she'd give me another glance from inside the shop to seal the deal. It never happened. My confidence was slowly fading, so I felt I had a decision to make, and fast. I could have gone back inside to make a move, or gone home to write a song about it. So Did she look? That's up to you to decide! Hearing is believing. Now that you know the story behind the song, listen for yourself and learn more about the album right here!
