The woman -- Suraj Kayastha -- filed docs in L.A. County Superior court Nov. 5th, claiming she was driving on the 101 last December when Lethal (real name Leor Dimant) smashed into her car. According to docs, filed by Larry H. Parker, the alleged victim suffered physical injuries, loss of wages, and damages to her car ... and she's suing for an undisclosed amount. Lethal tells TMZ, "It was a fender bender. No one got hurt. Cops were on the scene and no one complained of injuries. I had no idea there was even a lawsuit." Lethal also skewers Larry Parker

According to law enforcement sources, the investigation into the bottle-smashing brawl at WIP nightclub on June 14th has been concluded and no criminal charges will be filed against Chris, Drake, or any member of their entourages. Sources close to the investigation tell us, the surveillance video in the club was useless because it was so dark and blurry -- and the interviews that were conducted by the NYPD were inconclusive. As we reported, Chris suffered injuries to his face from a flying bottle during the insanity -- a bottle that was allegedly hurled from Drake's table. Several other people were bloodied up in subsequent projectile bottle attacks, including bodyguards and random clubgoers. NBA star Tony Parker has sued the club over the incident, claiming his eye was injured as a result of the brawl. He's asking for $20 million in damages. We contacted Drake's lawyer Blair Berk who told us, "Drake was never even a suspect so it's no surprise." more on this story
TMZ broke the story ... Scantlin was arrested in Austin, TX back in September, after he allegedly got into a booze-fueled argument with a flight attendant. The plane was forced to make an emergency landing and Scantlin was charged with public intoxication. Scantlin was adamant he did nothing wrong -- and earlier this week he was vindicated when a judge dismissed the charges due to "insufficient evidence". Scantlin struck a plea deal for cocaine possession in July -- and was ordered to obey all laws for 18 months ... or he could face a prison sentence. more on this story

TMZ broke the story ... producer John Fields -- who's produced songs for Selena, Jimmy Eat World, and the Jonas Brothers -- sued Bell for $36,000, claiming Bell commissioned 9 songs from Fields for his new album ... but only paid for 5. Fields claimed Bell agreed to pay $9,000 per song -- and since Bell failed to pay for 4 of them ... he sued for the outstanding balance of $36k. Now, Fields is getting all that and more -- because a judge has issued a default judgment against Drake for failing to respond to the lawsuit. According to the court docs, Drake's been ordered to pay the full amount plus interest and attorneys' fees -- totaling $42,787. more on this story
The details surrounding the stalking incident are unclear, but according to court docs, 44-year-old Rainey -- who starred in "Real World: San Francisco" in 1994 -- committed the crime on February 22nd. The docs don't state explicitly that Rainey had violated a restraining order in the process -- but he was sentenced to more than one year in prison for the crime, which suggests he violated a court order. Rainey pled "no contest" to the stalking charge in April and was sentenced to two years in prison in September. He turned himself in to Wasco State Prison on November 8th. Rainey was given 401 days credit for time served, so he's got roughly 300 days to go. more on this story
Williams and promoter Live Nation are on the receiving end of a class action lawsuit filed by Brian Herline on behalf of everyone who went to see the comedian "perform" on November 16. According to the lawsuit -- filed on the day before Thanksgiving in Alameda County, CA -- Katt's show ended after just 10 minutes ... but not before he "confronted a heckler, took his clothes off, and attempted to fight at least three audience members." The suit is seeking unspecified damages for "Katt Williams' non-performance." Williams has been stringing together one bizarre appearance after another as of late and was actually arrested in Oakland just two days before the show in question. more on this story
We're told Evans turned himself in at the Beverly Hills PD Wednesday morning on a felony assault charge -- and was released 25 minutes later after posting $60,000 bail. TMZ broke the story ... a warrant was issued for Evan's arrest following the fight in March in Bev Hills. Details surrounding the fight are unclear. But sources close to Evans -- a former boxer -- tell TMZ, Evans was completely unaware of the warrant being issued until very recently. As soon as he caught wind of it, we're told he contacted his lawyers who advised him to turn himself in. As for the fight itself -- sources close to Evans tell us the alleged victim was trash-talking Evans when he reared up as if to attack him, so Evans laid him out. Evans is insisting the punch was in self-defense. So far, no court date has been set. more on this story
Terrence and Michelle Ghent sealed the deal August 16th. Michelle filed for divorce in February 2011 -- and the split was notoriously rancorous ... with Michelle accusing Terrence of viciously beating her ... and Terrence accusing her of being a racist. Terrence and Michelle were married in 2010. They have no kids. more on this story
Sources close to Lindsay tell us she and Charlie became close pals while on the set of "Scary Movie 5" back in September -- spending a lot of time together both on and off the set. During their bonding period, we're told Lindsay and Charlie talked about everything -- and at one point, Lindsay mentioned her ongoing tax problems. We're told Charlie offered to cut her a check then and there to get the IRS off her tail, but Lindsay refused. Fast forward to last week -- sources close to Lindsay tell TMZ, Lindsay's biz manager received a check from Charlie for $100,000. We're told Lindsay was blown away by Charlie's generosity -- and immediately applied the money to her outstanding tax bill. TMZ broke the story ... Lindsay allegedly owed Uncle Sam $233,904 in unpaid taxes for 2009 and 2010 -- but thanks to Charlie, that number's nearly been cut in half. more on this story
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ Halle and her lawyers are alarmed that Gabriel allegedly started the fight with Olivier Martinez right in front of 4-year-old Nahla. Although a judge issued an emergency order of protection -- requiring Gabriel to stay 100 yards away from Halle, Nahla and Olivier -- that order expires Tuesday. We're told Halle's lawyers will be in family court asking a judge to extend that protection for an indefinite period of time. TMZ broke the story ... the bloody fight landed both Gabriel and Olivier in the same hospital ER. Gabriel was arrested and could be charged with criminal battery. Sources tell us ... Halle's argument is pretty simple -- if Gabriel can't control himself enough to protect Nahla from emotional trauma, it's too risky for him to be around the child, Halle, or her fiance ... with whom he clearly has beef. Halle has firepower behind the argument, because we know Halle's lawyers argued before the same judge on previous occasions that Gabriel's temper was uncontrollable. more on this story
