Victory Vs Koch

(punkbands) Victory Records has apparently had enough and has filed a lawsuit against Koch International for C$43,787.93 (Canadian dollars), which the indie label claims its owed by Koch for distribution in Canada. In a copy of the complaint obtained by HITS, Victory claims that Koch has chronically failed to properly account and remit the payments to which Victory is entitled. [see
