(Audio Aggression) MTV has apologized for its eminently interrupted coverage of July 2nd's Live 8 concerts, which was highly criticized for cutting away during Pink Floyd's performance, as well as excessive commercial breaks. MTV EVP Van Toffler told the L.A. Times that a re-edited version of the Live 8 broadcast is "not the craziest idea." Who is this Van Toffler? If he didn't know before this event, he knows nothing about music shows, therefore, why the hell did MTV hire him? Obviously MTV's executive board is composed of nothing but nin-compoops.

MTV has suffered since the mid-eighties. Either I grew up or MTV just lost the soul of rock-n-roll.
