(Punkbands) The Dropkick Murphys have postposed their Japanese tour due to health problems. They made the following announcement via the promoter: "Dropkick Murphys singer Al Barr was hospitalized on Friday with severe stomach pains. After emergency surgery and lots of bed rest his doctor expects him to make a full recovery. Unfortunately this sudden illness has meant he will not be able to perform in Japan.
